Staff were incredibly helpful throughout our stay. Perfect locations was quiet at night.

Shower was not great and one temperature however this appears a common thing

Initially, I was disappointed from my first sight as this was a type of hotel I would personally never consider if I had been traveling with anyone other than my daughter. She is actually the one who selected this for our stay. It's not that anything was bad. I just stay at high end hotels for the most part. My first thought was to rent another hotel and to just chop it up as a loss. The front desk attendant, Mark Aaron, is what changed my mind. He has such a kind and caring attitude and wanted to do anything within his reach to make my stay as comfortable as possible. In fact, his customer service was impeccable and I can honestly say that he is one of the main reasons I stayed rather than going to another hotel. With that said, it's hard to find great customer service these days and I just wanted to make sure to give him a big shout out for being so attentive and always going the extra mile. He definitely stood out from the pack and is like a shining star in a dimlit world. I think his boss should not only give him a raise but also have him training any newcomers. He's a customer service ROCKSTAR!!

What I didn't like was the selection of channels available and the fact that even though the wifi was connected we were unable to access Netflix

Water supply not good, flushing of toilet and ac terrible. I will not stay again in this property. If uou want a nice vacation in ek nido dint book on this property

The location to the ferry terminal,shops,walking streets,tour boats was excellent.

No dislikes at all!
