Diogo and Big Mama are amazing and welcoming. I was fortunate to have two other women staying in the other room that I clicked with. The breakfast was also good. Diogo answered all questions and provided some excellent recommendations for fish restaurants.

Beds were on the harder/firmer side. Weather was ok when I was there but could see it getting hot in the rooms in the summer.

The host was extremely welcoming and hospitable. I enjoyed it very mich and felt like at home.

So welcoming host, Diogo was helpful and give us a lot of tips and advices about Espinho. The hostel is clean and you have all facilities, you really feel like home The location is perfect 5min from the beach.

Diogo and Big Mama were great hosts, so welcoming and so helpful with tips about Espinho and the surrounding area! Simple breakfast was included in the cost of the room, and the kitchen facilities mean that you can prepare food and dinners in the hostel if you wish - great if you’re travelling on a budget. Room was spotlessly clean when we arrived, and we were encouraged to make ourselves feel completely at home!

Diogo (and big Mama too!) is super nice and gives good advice on what to visit near Espinho. The hostel is beautiful and clean.
