Small room with comfortable double bed. Functional bathroom with hot water. Wifi worked throughout. Friendly staff, easy check-in, provided punctual airport transfer for additional, reasonable fee. Small terrace area open for use. Excellent location near centre of Kutaisi, shops and restaurants. (Though we didn't use them) there was a kettle and fridge available. Superb value for money. We would stay again.

The extra bed was rather hard and lumpy, and we had some rowdy Russian neighbours. But given the excellent value, we can't complain too much.

Bathrooms, showers are small, they declined refunds on my second booking

Kitchen was well furnished, beds were comfortable with lights and plugs, and the personnel was very helpful with tips and recommendations.

Liked the privacy curtains around each bed, comfortable and good location

Staff were not always around but cleaner did their best to communicate.

Nothing to complain about that I can think of. I think it was a very decent stay. Everything went fine.
