horrible experience. was told that reception closes at 23:00, so came in early to get keys. came back at 00:00 to sleep and AC made horrible noises. couldn't sleep and left for another hotel. no one to talk to past 23:00. the place is an old divided house, not a nice place. no hot water when I wanted to shower at night.

The bathroom is big while the shower cubicle is very small

They are building NeXT to hotel. They work till late and start early in the morning.

I was looking for accommodation close to University of Nicosia. This hostel was the closest in walking distance. It is located in a low-rise gentrifying neighbourhood. The room had a little refrigerator, a water kettle for coffee, 2 cups, spoons and glasses. Shower and toilet were working, hot water sometimes. As it was over 40 degrees outside, the AC was working very well. The help is friendly and the owner organised our taxi transfer to the airport.

There is no reading light, no plug box next to the bed and absolutely no place to deposit toiletries in the rather big bathroom other than on the floor.The windows are either boarded up or covered by shades and old shutters. Of the 3 nights we stayed, housekeeping came only one time. We could not get the TV to work.

Improve the room standard.

marks on sheet not noticed till getting into bed burn on counterpane dirty hand print on mirror again noticed in morning as lighting was poor plus cobwebs over bathroom door lighting very dim and we where locked out of place as was not given the passcode or told the door would be locked had to wait 15 mins ringing bell to get in rooms are not sound proofed as said this place is not a hotel its a building which is divided into rooms with doors leading in out case into the office which was locked with a curtain over it .the toilet did not flash properly.
