Clean and tidy premises, undergoing refurbishing , and very friendly personnel. Under the new management, things have changed for the better and the quality for money is just amazing!

Nothing to complain about, location, cleanliness and personnel - everything is OK.

Much bigger room than I expected for the price. Staff were helpful and pleasant. The location suited my purpose that day!

Great personel, always at your service! Room was much better looking live than it is on the photos. Bathroom is very big and clean!

Distance from the city center. However, it takes only 10 minutes drive with bus 12.

The location was great for my main purpose with the stay, as it was close to the University of Nicosia. Staff was also mostly available when I had issues. The air conditioning was great. Bed was done and towels changed every day. Got extra towels when I asked. Ants were at one incident taken care of.

There were big ants in the room. The staff fixed it when I told them, but every once in a while later I had to kill one. The soap dispenser by the sink was out of order, so I had to use the one in the shower for washing hands. The shower head could not be fixed to the wall as the arrangement for doing so was broken. At one point the bed was made and towels changed late. Also, at one incident no sheet to sleep under was put on the bed (or rather, it was removed). I discovered it late, and I had to sleep directly under the carpet.

The location was convenient, and it was affordable. And the premises were clean.

But the furnishings were very poor/cheap: white plastic chair; metal frame closet covered in fabric, toilet paper dispenser by the bed.. The shower head attachment was broken; there was no soap in the dispenser by the sink. And there was no safe..
