Hospedaje Los Ponchos

Centrally located right next to Mercado Los Ponchos. The room is spacious and comfy. I really had a great sleep.

The bathroom is not very spacious and comfy to take shower. For 1 night it was okay :)

They accepted our last minute reservation, super easy check in and check out, good room with small bathroom right next to the market.

It has an Excellent location near the Ponchos Plaza(basically in the middle of the city), free wifi, nice and clean bedroom with warm sheets and comfy pillows, also warm/hot shower water and a very clean bathroom. Also the owner/reception was very kind , helped me get accommodated.

It was a bit hard to notice it since its a house in the middle of the street and since its a big communal house its also used as a warehouse for some of the artisans from the Ponchos Plaza, so be prepared to hear some noise since you could hear/see them packing their stuff at the end of the day and picking it up in the morning

The room was clean and spacious. Good value for money.

The door was hard to lock (by playing with the door knob I could open it even when locked..) and it was taking a while to get it to lock properly (and unsure if reliable). So this door knob should be fixed. The light in the bathroom is playing up. 2 nights in a row it turned off while showering. The first night I booked at 8 pm and arrived at 9.15 pm and the room wasn't ready which is understandable but I was very tired already. Also not their fault but the room is very noisy from 5am. There is work in the street + ppl start moving their merchandise for the market from 5am. Maybe better book the budget room which has no window on the street.

The location is fantastic, the room is clean, nice and comfortable. The chair, the table make work easy and the internet is over 110mbps. The owners are really nice people

It’s made of wood so you can here people walking and during the day there’s a construction going on — at least for a couple more weeks

The location is great, right in the city center and close to pretty much everything (Otavalo is a small and easy to walk around city). The room was spacious and clean.

There was not hot water (something we were used to in Andes, so didn't really surprise us).

Oscar and the other owner were very kind with helping me with my motorcycle and the check in and Check process was easy. the bed was VERY comfortable, the room spacious with a desk, and clean. hot water shower! good wifi

there wasn’t on-site parking, there isn’t a lobby or communal area.
