Great garden and common area. Cozy and clean room.

A bit noisy due to thin walls and very little storage space in room.

Very convenient comfortable 👌 lovely surrounding quiet and loved our rooms

Good location, very clean, great owners

I had a room to myself but it was a bit noisy, access was via the bathrooms

Sandra was very knowledgeable and helpful. She checked in with everyone and gave us wonderful recommendations about places to swim. The house is in a nice quiet neighborhood. The kitchen is very well stocked and had a pleasant living space and outdoor space.

We were upsold by booking.com to a room with a view. So we paid extra and the view was exactly the same as any other room. There is no mountain view. Not sure if that is a problem with Riverstone or booking.com. But buyer beware. We felt that was a $30 per night rip off.

Great lodge close to the Tongariro crossing. The owners were incredibly helpful and accommodating.

The staff were so friendly and accommodating - you really feel welcomed. And it feels more like a home than a hostel.

The main toilet wasn't in a very private space. When the main bathroom door is open, you can see when someone is in the toilet from the living room. Didn't feel the most comfortable with that.
