The staff was friendly.

I was on the upper bed of the bunk bed. There was no ladder to climb on it and it was shaking A LOT. There Is no bar to prevent you from falling down. And the shelf where you can put your stuff hangs quite far away from you. My roommate who was also on the upper bed of a bunk bed said: well, if this collapses, at least we're laying on the upper bed, so no bed will fall down on us. And that's exactly what I thought as well...

Great hostel, very central, clean rooms and great facilities. The staff is very helpful and can organise all the excursions/activities for you.

Unfortunately, breakfast isn’t served, but there are plenty of nice cafés nearby

Amazing staff. Great activity recommendations. Comfortable bedrooms, clean bathrooms. Plenty of areas to hang out- and organising of hostel activities also really great. Good location in town. Many people said to stay here and it was definitely the best choice for San Gil
