What a beautiful little guest house this was. Our room was fabulous with an antique 4 poster bed, stained glass windows and view of the lake. The staff were so friendly too. The location was just a few minutes walk from the centre of town, but was much quieter than the horribly busy streets in the middle. We loved.exploring Udaipur and coming back to this guest house in the evening.

The restaurant only really offered a few indian breakfast choices, but there were great cafes nearby. The hot water didn't last long from the small water heater.

Clean large room, nice owner, comfortable bed

I can only speak about my particular room. The side of the room facing the street was all windows. Typical Rajasthani windows which gave the room a nice look. But on the other hand, the windows provided zero sound insulation from the street noise even when shut tight.

Very friendly and hospitable host. He was very eager to make our stay as good as possible. The rooms were clean and welcoming; a perfect start in the day is made possible by drinking tea on the rooftop.

The room was compact which was not a big issue however the hot water lasted for barely a minute when the shower was on

The staff's behavior is very nice, calm, and helpful.

Central location, hospitality, Prahlad was always ready to help us with whatever we needed. The rooms were extremely clean and had all the amenities one required for a short stay.

The bathroom had an unpleasant sewage smell, probably the drains needed to be cleaned out thoroughly. The bathroom was otherwise spotless. Since the homestay is bang in the middle of the city it can get a bit loud at night.
