Paraiso Patagonico

We had a lovely stay in Paraíso Patagónico! We arrived late due to the ferry but waited up for our arrival despite the late hour. Room was really cosy and warm. Breakfast was great.

Card payment would have been easier/cheaper for us

The owners were very friendly! They helped us with everything! Finding buses, good trekkings etc. We loved our stay at Paraiso Patagonico! Would always go back. Muchas graçias :)

Due to no fault of our own, our travel arrangements change drastically meaning we would be arriving to the hotel at 2 am. Even though we were the only guests, Vanessa waited up for us and welcomed us with a smile. Considering there are no other hotels open anywhere near – we are extremely grateful for her kindness. The room is extremely comfortable with an ensuite and luxurious beds and bedding. The pictures do not do it justice and there was a delicious warm breakfast waiting for us in the morning too

Tv in room would be nice

The beds were great and the shower was very nice and clean. There was plenty of space to park the car in front of the hotel. Breakfast was simple but fine.

The kitchen was not very clean. Doing your own laundry for 8000 $ was pretty expensive. And most important: it was cold and there was no way to make the room nice and warm.

Don't stay here if you need a reliable place to stay. The hotel canceled my reservation on me at the last minute, leaving me without a place to stay for the night. When I booked it over a week beforehand, I let the hotel know I would arrive late in the day because of the ferry schedule and was assured that it was okay. However, the hotel e-mailed me the morning of my stay asking me to confirm that I was coming. As you can imagine, I was busy traveling, and when I responded a few hours later, I was told that they had given away my reservation due to my lack of communication. That's some extremely poor service to expect someone who's paid for a reservation to confirm it at all, let alone within a few hours!
