Very friendly and helpful even though the language was a barrier. So close to the ferry and they waited up for us even though we arrived so late.

We would really like to pay with credit cards.

The photos don’t do this place justice! it’s a very sweet hostal - comfortable and cozy and well equipped. The host had the AC heating on for us when we checked in which was a real treat. location was perfect if you’re coming the puerto montt ferry. Breakfast was well prepared and the host was extremely friendly.

Super noisy and paper thin walls. Owner wanted to charge us IVA and pocket it even though we are foreign travelers and exempt. Only after a long discussion, would he even issue a receipt. Not impressed.
