Being able to check in late as I was arriving on the Northlink ferry

Great location with easy access to busses and walkable to stores. Nice kitchen available. Comfortable room with a refrigerator for convenience. I loved not having a key to keep track of, access to the building and rooms is made using codes.

The pillows were large and rather hard. The other thing was the water in the bathroom was not drinkable, yet drinkable water was available in the kitchen.

Cleanliness, the accessories in the kitchen, choices to use available condiments and other items of food and even toiletries in the extra spare shower room. Liked having a mini fridge in the room with kettle, tv and hair dryer available. The desk and chair was handy too along with the mini lights on the bed with usb charging points. bed and pillow was comfy. Games and puzzles available for kids and books to read in the common area, we even logged on to our Disney account whilst eating dinner.

Parking wasn’t outlined/sectioned off (we were near enough blocked in by another car)

Clean, kitchen well equipped. living room with board games for days with bad weather. on a plus side is a desk chair and a small fridge in the room

bunk beds had little space over the head, it was not possible to sit straight on the lower one. we had to sit on the floor or top bunk bed to have a conversation , since there were only 2 chairs.
