The host was nice and for the price you pay I think it's a good place to stay for the night

I can’t even begin to explain how incredible this accommodation and restaurant is!! Best pad thai and fried rice I have had in Thailand! We stayed originally for only two nights but extended due to loving it so much! Felt like home away from home. The accommodation is very comfortable with amazing air conditioning. The common area is very welcoming with free tea and coffee and a little fridge to pop some items. The owner Nui went above and beyond for us. Gave so many recommendations for the island and showed us some traditional Thai treats. The cooking was the best we have had in Thailand yet! Incredible portions and a very good price. She had a special of fried rice one night and we are obsessed. Nui was even able to package up some pad Thai for us before a long trip we had which was so sweet of her. Going to miss Nui and her puppies so much! We will be back soon I’m sure

Mont View is a great place close to nature with a view up to mountain. Room is clean and comfortable with all you need. Great benefit is the cozy common area with a jungle vibe where you can enjoy cup of tea.

I went because the reviews were 9.1 but they don't deserve such score. The room was very unique but they overall experience is not good. The neighborhood is nice with the village and waterfalls around but everything is so far...

We got there and there was no one, hard to reach them and we had to come back an hour later, nothing was ready and the place looked abandoned. We were called before 8 in the morning asking about our check-out time. The parking is very hard to reach and the kitchen was closed. We got a so much better service and location for cheaper on the same side of the island.

Firm mattress which I LOVED. Really basic but nice little place.

Only problem I had was the AC let out a high frequency noise so I couldn't have it on very much.

We enjoyed the quiet tranquility of being away from the main Area. The lady Nui, running the place was very welcoming

Our host, Nui, was brilliant! Her and her two dogs made the place feel so homely and welcoming. Nui helped us decide what to do on the island and arranged transport for our departure, which was really helpful. Her Pad Thai was also amazing and so cheap! This place is hidden gem in a very peaceful location. It makes for a relaxing base to explore the island from (which we were able to do easily by renting motorbikes 2 min walk away).

This is a simple,cozy and clean place! I definetely recommend it to anybody who whants to stay away from the crowded, touristy areas like f.e. whitesand beach. If you get a motorbike its very easy to get around and nui, the host of this place, is just such a nice and welcoming person! She will help you with everything you need and is just so lovely, so is the rest of her family and her two dogs :) i felt at home at anytime and i would come back here anyday

Our host was super friendly and she came to pick us up from the ferry pier since the taxi driver was asking an incredible high price. She arranged our boat tickets to Koh Kood for the next day as well. We were just passing through Koh Chang on our way to Koh Kood, but our host made this very comfortable for us. The room is comfortable and clean. And we loved her dogs! :)
