Good location, low price, room was clean with towels.

Just 1 shower for the floor is really not enough. And the mattresses was very uncomfortable.

The location is great. The receptionist we met at our arrival was very nice. The room was clean and the beds comfortable.

There is only one shower and 2 toilets to several rooms. The shower should be cleaned several times a day, it was not very clean. I couldn't find/have access to the hair dryer (even if I was told that there is one). The receptionist from Friday morning was not ok. I understand this is a hostel, but we were her customers. We were told the breakfast was from 8 to 10 AM, so when we saw that nothing was prepared at 8, we went to the lady there and asked if she can offer us some information about the breakfast. She was impolite. After about 10 minute she came to the kitchen with some cereals and a weird bag (I don't know what was in it and didn't stay anymore to see, we preffered to go out and eat some nice breakfast). We came here to explore your beautiful city, to relax and have some fun, not to interact with a very bored and impolite person. Also, if all you offer for breakfast is cereals, really, stop calling it a breakfast or make this clear in the info you send. Recommendation: - put a mirror in the room - put a hair dryer in the shower room - keep the bathrooms clean - you really need 1-2 more bathrooms and shower rooms. - hire people who can communicate well with customers or train them to be client oriented (I am referring to the lady from Friday morning, not the girl from Thursday afternoon, she was really ok!).

The location is perfect. Old city and train/bus station in few minutes walk, public transport is right next to hostel. Hostel is located in the inner yard, so street noise doesn't disturb. Staff is friendly and helpful. I had sence of safety, honesty and cleannes. Will stay here next time.
