Jopi Hostel Katowice Centrum

Ogólnie ciekawa i klimatyczna miejscówka. Jest czysto, łóżka w miarę wygodne, pościel pachnąca.

Był problem z dostaniem się do podwórza (pierwsze drzwi wejściowe). Niestety podany kod i mocne pchnięcie drzwi nie pomagało. Trzeba było czekać na to, aż osoba będąca na podwórzu otworzy od środka. Kolejna sprawa to śniadanie. Owszem były 3 rodzaje płatków i kruche ciastka. I to by było na tyle :( Kawa, herbata także były dostępne. Szkoda, że nie wiedziałam, dokupiłabym sobie jogurt i już.

Hostel was a local area that we could meet Polish people as well. The kitchen was big and had all facilities.

It was not in the center. The heating was not on even it was very cold.

Lokalizacja, przestrzeń wspólna i kuchnia, pokoje czyste.

Za mało łazienek, ciśnienie wody, czystość lazienek. Akustyka - stały problem hosteli.

Really clean.

1) The room they gave me was full of things, so many I couldn't even open the window because of the many things that were in front of it. Also, some things looked like they were there to renovate / fix the room (there was a hot glue gun??). It looked like a box room. 2) I had breakfast included in the booking but apparently no breakfast has been served. 3) The receptionist was really unpleasant and unprofessional. Didn't even welcome me, she just asked for my passport and then showed me where was the room. No showing the common area or the bathroom or any additional information (eg breakfast). 4) I think the people that were staying in the room knew the receptionist since she was coming often to the room and at a certain point I heard, in the night, two of the people there saying my name twice. It made me feel really uncomfortable since I never told them my name.
