Live Free Hostel Varanasi

The ambience, location everything was great.Loved how there were interactive jamming sessions with the hostel mates and how the hostel organised a walk by tge ghaths of the Ganga .

There wad nothing that I diden't like,I diden't like leaving the place.

The location is good, assi ghat is in the walkable distance plus you have many street food options. The hostel howercer was little disappointing, there was staff shortage, too many restrictions, no staff to help with luggage, they have common bathroom in each floor which is not very clean or hygienic, plus the beds were okay howercer keep in mind to bring your own lock to keep your stuff safe. Would not recommend this property however there are many othher good properties nearby.

I ragazzi dello staff sono stati sempre molto accoglienti e gentili, il cibo era molto buono e nel complesso per me è stata una bella esperienza!

- Hostel kindly helped us arrange a taxi from the airport and TukTuk to the train station. - Room was quiet enough once you were inside with the fan on. - located close to Assi Ghat but far from everything else. - Shower was warm and good pressure.

- Forced to pay before you see the room and then it’s non refundable once you see the condition. - Room was so dirty and not at all as expected. Mould on the pillows and the ceiling fan was filthy. - Was charged £72 for 3 nights - one of which we didn’t use because we were forced to check out a day early due to the condition. - No real windows and poor ventilation. - Bad drain smell. - On a loud street (but I think everywhere in Varanassi is). Really trying to be as fair as possible here! But charging this price for a room of this condition is not acceptable, and we were very disappointed.

The best stay of my life 🤩 the people i met there were amazing and the manager Sagar bhai is the one i think who maintain such an amazing vibe in that place🤘🏽thanku soo much Live Free for giving me such a wonderful experience i will never forget in my life and it was my first time in banaras and u guys have played a very important role in this because my plan was to stay for only 1 day in banaras but because of such a great vibe the Live Free have i have stayed for 4 days 🫡it means a lot to me.
