Next Chapter - Guesthouse - Kito

Loved everything about my stay here. They upgraded me to a private room, which I was so grateful for. The guesthouse is a renovated ryokan with a beautiful modern design. The rooms, common areas, kitchen, and bathrooms were spacious and well-equipped. Nice and warm inside as it was built well to keep out the cold (some other places I stayed in were quite cold). Everything was clean and quiet, and the area was peaceful. Everyone was very friendly and welcoming. There's a cafe a few minutes drive away, which was also really pretty. Kito Cafe Nishiumori. Will definitely be coming back next time!

Really nice guesthouse, tastefully renovated and decorated, situated in a quiet village where you can relax and enjoy the nature and village life. We spent 2 nights there and our stay was comfortable. Our room was big, the beds comfortable. The kitchen is nice and it has everything one need for preparing meals. Tyler is a very friendly host which likes to share his knowledge about the region, thank you for this.

Wow... what can I say? This place blew us away. The décor, the beds, the facilities - all of them were absolutely top class. We had a fantastic nights sleep and woke up feeling extremely refreshed the next day. Alrik was an amazing host - who answered a myriad of questions about life in rural Shikoku, and even offered us some free beers! If you're looking for place to stay in Tokushima, please check this place out!

Very comfortable place to stay, beautifully designed throughout, reflecting both the older Japanese style, and a more modern design. Great to have use of a well prepared kitchen, and a super lovely area for relaxing/eating.. All in all far exceeded our expectations, and excellent value for money!

A beautiful and well designed place in the middle of an amazing mountain landscape. Colour themed Japanese style private rooms, very clean and a cozy common area with a well equipped kitchen. The guesthouse provides all the information you need for the area and a warm welcome from the staff. I would stay again for sure!
