"Need improvements if the owner is looking for long term business."

It could call higher price if the cleanness improve. It would be good if there has some more charging points. And assign charging points to guests. Guests also have to be considerate. Should not be more than 2 pieces devices occupying the charging points at the same moment. Go Ikea to buy some small racks to attach to wall near beds to save space and make convenient. The staff is good and nice.
