Joe is very responsive and keeps control over things. Great location for the price. Feeling of community among people curated daily by the host.

It's basically a private apartment with bunk beds, feels like a student commune, so it's a bit messy, deep deep cleaning would be appreciated.

"Highly recommend it if you're travelling to Guangzhou"

Location is good and the host Joe is very helpful and friendly, would highly recommend it. It was a very different experience for me got to know so much about the culture and the people but nothing of it would have been possible without joe.

Washroom was old styled without comod. But at the price point, it's actually very affordable
