Super Preisleistungsverhältnis! Die beiden Pools werden täglich neu mit dem warmen Wasser aus den heißen Quelle gefüllt, super erholsam darin zu baden mit einem wunderbaren Ausblick. Sehr zu empfehlen ist es die Wanderung auf den Mount Rinjani dort zu buchen. Unser Guide war echt super und das zu einem super fairen Preis.

The location to Mt Batur was great, we were able to walk to the hiking trail so no extra pick up was needed. They also set us up with Mari who was an amazing guide we went up the mountain with. The view was also beautiful. The wooden cabin, location, and view are the reason for the 3.

Key take away: if you book here, splurge on the wooden cabin. It's the only way our stay was worth it. There are so many flies. I understand now that this is just a part of kintamini but trust me when I tell you there are so. many. flies. We originally booked the double by the lake but the windows and doors wouldnt close fully, nor seal, so there were tons of flies in the room and unable to stop them from coming in. Bathroom in the double was dirty and cracked. Thank god we upgraded and were able to move to the wooden cabins. The doors had second panes of glass behind the shuttered external doors, same with the windows, so they kept the bugs out. The bathrooms were also nicer. Staff were unorganized but kind.

The hot pools which were refilled on a daily basis were quite a delight. Staff was friendly in the walked town, not too far.

Not any fault of the property, but just given whether the location is, the flies were a nuisance to me. Given the property, I could’ve stayed there longer, but I just couldn’t deal with the flies. There are all over the area because it is such a big fruit growing area.

Perfect location to start Mt Batur hike, amazing hot springs pools, peace and quiet, very helpful staff. Cool setting. Amazing!
