I really appreciated how helpful staff were in helping me sort out money exchange, a SIM card, and train ticket. Also picking me up from the airport with a custom name card was a nice touch. I planned to stay in a dormitory room, but ended up with a private one with a giant bed and cozy sleeps. The entrance is hard to find as it goes through a little alley, but luckily someone came out to meet me from the taxi drive and carried my bag in. Was also allowed to chill after check out time while I waited for my train departure time. Felt very well cared for and looked after.

Can’t find the location even all the taxi driver can’t find it..waste hours for searching this hostel .waste of money and waste of time .have to book another hotel again and pay agian.and paid extra for drivers just to find the address

Location is ok

Dirty room. Staff hard sell tours and make you feel like you have to do it. We ended up being conned to spend £400 each on a 15 day trio

It is close to the metro station and the main bazar. The property is clean and it offers good value for money.

WiFi can be improved in the future although it is still good.
