Sooo nice host family!! Everything including the food and their hospitality are amazing!! Good facilities!!

- such a friendly family, who would do anything for you! - we got laundry done & rented a moped - room was spacious - delicious homemade food - stored bags for us when we had a day trip - helped us in so many ways!

- the room was hot - but it did have AC and a fan, so not much more they can do!

Such a wonderful family stay, great food, so supportive even when our night bus arrived at 4 am, helpful for recommendations and with bicycle

Nice room with balcony and high ceiling meant that the room kept cool (Air-con also). Towels were folded into a swan and there was also a good quality hair dryer. The staff were really friendly and the property had bikes and motorcycles available to hire which was a nice surprise. A bike hire (with Vietnamese traditional hat) was very affordable.

Very homely, in the food area a member of the family would always go out of their way to make you comfortable and hydrated or fed without expecting anything.

The family were really sweet and super accommodating. Rented a bike off them and drove around Ninh Binh, about a 5 min drive from the main area of Tam Coc near some beautiful attractions. Room was comfortable and clean.
