Tam Coc White Swan Homestay

The host was so lovely, she was very attentive! She even invited me to have lunch with her, felt right at home.

A little further from the town centre but only a short grab ride away/cycle (which you can rent at the stay).

My friend and I had a lovely time at this homestay. The host was communicative and everything went smoothly. Our room was lovely and everything was working and clean. The hosts elderly parents were extremely sweet and kind to us, everyone in the house made us feel welcome and looked after. It's a tiny bit far from the main area of Ninh Binh but its very walkable and bicycle friendly.

A loving and caring family who will make you feel like you are part of them, no matter the language you speak. I arrived sick and they made sure I was well taken care of, the room was clean and comfortable, the food delicious. We couldn't have asked for more. Thank you and see you soon!

The location is great, you are close to all attraction and you can easily rent bikes or scooters. The staff was amazing and so friendly! The food was good as well.

We found a dead cockroach in the room, and the bathroom had a big hole in the wall, as a window but with no glass and just concrete a few cm away (for ventilation we supposed but not great for privacy and bugs)

We’d read the family was wonderful and they absolutely were. Like staying at a friend’s home. If we’re ever back in Ninh Binh, we’ll be staying with them again :) we were comfortable and cared for.

Lovely rooms Lovely family i could never recommend this enough. Makes me so appreciative of the wonderful humans you can meet on your travels and this family is one of them!!! So greatful to have stayed here and want to come back so bad. Please visit !

Nothing was bad. the worst bit was leaving, i wish we had stayed.
