Queen Victoria Hostel

I liked how helpful and friendly the staff were. They were down for any type of chat before during or after my stay.

I didn’t like how small the showers were, it was slightly untidy as well with previous people’s empty small shampoo bottles still lying around. I also wish the toilets were closer to the accommodation rooms, felt like a slight maze to find them each time.

Sheets clean and bed comfortable. Staff friendly. Common spaces cramped and dirty, smokers must go to the street or vape. Kitchen only for 2 people using the hobs. Only one washer and one dryer for the entire number of guests. Shower heads hanging low not detachable and bathroom floor flooded with no drain installed. Observed mouse roaming around. Owner puts free breed in cardboard box in kitchen uncovered. Seem day old not worthy of even giving a any and attracts the rodents.
