One of my favourite home stays I ever stayed at! Beautiful location, excellent value for money and super friendly and welcoming staff!

Such a nice place to spend a few nights. They provided information on tours and places to eat. The breakfast was tasty and free bikes made getting into Phong Nha so much easier.

The location is so beautiful. You have a superb view at the sunset en the owner is so helpful with everything you need. He helpt us get a discount on tours en the food that they cooked each night was so tasty. The owner let us stay a bit longer at the property to wait at the bus we had later that evening. We could also use the shower. That was so nice!

The bathroom was a bit outdated and was connected via a open window to the bathroom from another room. That was a bit strange. We didn’t have any problems with it.

The location is 3 minutes drive from the center, but I was happy to be in a calmer environment, by the river. The breakfast was delucious, you can choose from 4 options (noodle soup with egg, banana pancake, lemon pancake and omlette). As I always eat a lot for breakfast, sometimes I ordered an extra portion (additional price ~30k vnd), but normally it is enough and delicious. The staff is superkind, when we arrived they picked us up at the bus station at 10:30pm. They speak good english as well. Our room was sapcious and clean, good water pressure in the shower. It would be nice to have a wardrobe or aomething to put our towels on, otherwise everything was good. Vwry good value for the price! One of my favourite accomodation in Vietnam so far:))

The location by the river is lovely. Very friendly staff. Nice chill vibe and good food. They helped us with laundry and motorbike rental.

I loved everything about this place! The location is quiet with a beautiful view from the river side garden. They offer free breakfast in the garden every morning which was so nice. They have a really good range of tours you can book through them! We had been looking ourselves online but after booking this place Tuyen Kindly forwarded me their tours and we saw the perfect one for a much better price than I was seeing online. They can also book buses for you. For us, we took the local bus to Dong Hoi and Tuyen called the driver for us to let them know where to pick us up :) They offer free bicycles! You can take a short ride into the town area where there are lots of nice restaurants and cafes and shops! They also do motorcycle rentals. Super clean place, friendly staff all around great :)

Staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Cheap bike hire and nice amenities. It has a beautiful view of the river and is very home-like.

Lovely hosts, beautiful garden for breakfast and very clean, and just a short bike ride or walk to the shops and restaurants, definitely recommend
