Village House

Great host and lovely family- gave us amazing advice on our stay & a lift to the bus station. The food was so delicious we ate there two nights in a row. Clean, comfy room - perfect!

Rooms were clean and bigger than expected. The host also was very kind in picking us up from the bus stop. Great food options too. Overall, would recommend. 10/10

The host helps you get from the bus station to his place, at any time of the day (or night) which is super. Check in with all necessary info about tourism and surroundings, very helpful. We borrowed bikes for free the night we arrived which made dinner easier that day. You can rent a motorbike for resonable price, and book bus tickets, the usual. His family dinner I recommend. Good location and nice "garden area".

It would be nice if the host and family also joined for the family dinner :) Please do in the future

The host picked us up and dropped us at our bus. He gave us full information on a range of activities without feeling pressurizing or biased. The breakfasts were great too!

Very friendly service, i arrived at 3AM with the bus and the owner came to pick me up. Also upon departure he dropped us off by the bus. Its situated right by the lake so u can swim 😃

It was low season so not many other solo travellers only couples in the private rooms.

- little bit further out, would need to hire a moped to get to most places - basic breakfast, nice coffee - really basic room , didn't feel particularly clean - the room had really high ceilings and it wasn't that cosy

The best place to be in all of Phong Nha. The place has a very beautiful energy. The owner and his family are very friendly, they have information about what to do, they help you with everything you need. The place includes breakfast, and being able to have lunch and dinner there as well. The most incredible thing is that you have the river at your feet to swim in, the sunsets are incredible from here. And they have a space to rest, relax, hammocks to read, spend the afternoon, meditate and do yoga with the river in front. You can use bicycles for free for a couple of hours, or rent a motorcycle or bike for the whole day. 100% recommended. I will return!

It's a bit far from everything of interest and the free bikes are horrible to use

We really felt like home there, such a chill and nice place to stay! The family were so lovely, they make everything easy and possible. We had probably our best dinner there as well ! The garden is so cool too, you can chill in the hamac or have swim. Thanks again 100% recommend :)
