Room was fine and other guests were quiet and respectful

My vehicle was damaged in the provided parking sometime early in the morning. I'm guessing it was from garbage cans hitting my car. I have a large dent and deep scratch in 3 places. Very dissapointed at whoever was moving the bins on Saturday morning or however the damage was caused.

Location is close to downtown.

Cleanliness could be improved. Building is run down and could do with repair. Receptionist should pay attention to guest and not headphones or laptop. The office was empty for about 5 mins before someone appeared to check me in.
