Hôtel confortable. Les petits plus : location de scooter, piscine et enfin nous avons pu prendre une douche au départ et l’arrivée de notre bus de nuit.

Location is good, walking distance to Trang An Boat. Nice outside area to relax. Staff friendly, responsive and helped with everything. Room is good for a short stay Simple breakfast

The room is small, no space to put the luggage. Glass door in the shower is not enough and the bathroom gets wet easily. Hard to get warm water temperature in the shower (very common in Vietnam)

Beautiful homestay outside of the city, but still in excellent location to go see the attractions. The dorm has AC, curtains on each bed, and lockable compartments for valuables. You get daily fresh towels and blankets as well as a bottle of water. The outside area offers chairs, hammocks and a nice view of the surrounding mountains. The rooftop terrace and the pool are also nice for a relaxing day. Scooters can be rented at the reception for 180.000/day and drinks as well as food can be ordered.

The beds could be a bit more comftable as the mattresses are a bit thin. Wifi is available but very slow and sometimes the connection is lost.

A bit too close to the main road but it's OK once you are in your room.

Dorm rooms and toilets on different floors, a pain especially since it rained, got wet going to the toilet, private room electrical sockets are partially blocked by mattress, no sockets near desk

The staff here are all so kind!! I never felt unwelcome or a bother to them! The location is super cute tucked away i. The hills and it’s right next to a bunch of little restaurants only a 5 minute walk away! I stayed in the hostel part of the hotel and the room was nothing amazing but i didn’t book this place to spend all day in my room so it doesn’t matter! There’s also a very friendly kitty who i spent some time with :)

When i checked out the pool and put my hand in the water i don’t think it was heated at the time but also if you’re in the Vietnam heat, that’s a perfect way to cool off. For me personally though i didn’t swim in it. Also one last thing, besides the famous Trang A boat tour and those cute restaurants, not much is in walking distance. Not a huge deal because grab is very convenient, but just something to note!

Reception chap was extremely helpful. Fairly close to boat station.

Towels and sheets would need more attention on washing.
