Das Haus und die Ausstattung sind etwas veraltet, aber funktionsfähig und instand. Der Ausblick ist sehr schön. Die Lage ist gut; man kommt schnell in die Stadt - sowohl zu Fuß als auch praktisch mit dem Bus (Linie 4, Haltestelle Corrensstraße). Leider erst am Ende des Aufenthalts bemerkt, aber hinter der Gardine befinden sich sowohl ein Lichtschalter als auch Steckdosen.

Minuspunkte sind die recht laute Lüftung im Bad, die man auch bei geschlossener Tür hört, und eine unfassbar laut und penetrant quietschende Badezimmertür. Durch das Gequietsche holte man den Mitbewohner beim nächtlichen Klogang kurzweilig aus dem Reich der Träume.
