The location and the facility itself

The apartment itself was nice and comfortable, but the management was very unprofessional. When I arrived, the room assigned to me had a very strong, unpleasant smell. Instead of acknowledging the issue, the manager dismissed my concern, saying there was no smell and that she wouldn’t come for “just a smell.” She reluctantly let me change rooms but with the comment that if I wasn’t satisfied, I could go find another hotel. This lack of customer-oriented attitude left a negative impression, despite the apartment being fine otherwise.

Das ruhige Zimmer liegt am Hang oberhalb des Tropeninstituts mit Blick auf Alb und (ferne) Stadt. Wochentags fährt von der Klinik einmal pro Stunde ein Bus in gut zehn Minuten zum Zentrum (alternativ reinwärts runterlaufen bis zur Hölderlinstraße/viele Linien bzw. hoch zu Bus Nr 4); zu Fuß in die Innenstadt dauert es rund eine halbe Stunde. Wir durften etwas früher einchecken.

Das Haus wirkt wie ein ehemaliges Schwesternwohnheim und ist deshalb nichts für romantische Flitterwochen, um es einmal so zu sagen.
