トイレのドアの鍵が閉まらない

The location was great as not far from Rajistan square.

I didnt think the rating reflected what I experienced. the place has a kitchen but I had to keep asking for pans etc( why advertise a kitchen with no pans available?! ) and there was a backyard but I was told they cant turn on the lights as it ll be too bright so practically couldnt use it. The bathroom and toilet in the dorm are both together so had to wait for the previous person to finish showering before I could use the bathroom and there s no outside/second toilet. This hostel needs some work on for better rating but has potentials. I also left something behind and sent them a message for help but they didn’t even bother to reply. I always try to rate hostels fairly as I know its the owners business and dont want to reflect badly on them but I also feel responsible for other travellers who read reviews so needed to be honest about it.

ドミトリーに2泊しました。 各ベッドにはカーテンと小さな照明が付いていて、ドミトリー内にトイレとシャワーもあり、快適に過ごせました。 日中は暑さのため宿で過ごす時間が多かったのですが、共用スペースやキッチン、お庭が広々としていてとても心地よかったです。 レギスタン広場の入り口までは徒歩約10分。シヨブバザールやビビハニム・モスクはさらに奥にありますが、徒歩30分ほどで行けるので、個人的には観光にも不便は感じませんでした。 宿の周辺には小さな商店がいくつかあり、OSHのレストランもあって、何かと便利です。 スタッフの皆さんは親切でフレンドリーで、とても気持ちよく滞在できました。 またぜひ利用したいです！

Location was ok. There is a Manti place across the street.

No hot water. Not enough air circulation. No windows. Staff was rude and seemed somewhat dishonest. They refused to give me any form of receipt or invoice after paying in cash. Only one staff member who spoke little English, the rest none. I felt uncomfortable.

The location was great, the common space was pretty cool. The staff was kind even with my late arrival.

The only thing is that the AC in my room either wasn't working or intentionally turned off. I couldn't find a remote and it was a small dorm room that was full. There was no window either and on the top bunk it was quite hot. I only stayed for one night though so it wasn't the end of the world. Also I'm just getting too old for hostels so it's my fault for booking. Since I arrived late I didn't talk to anyone about this situation and I imagine it would have been fixed if I had said something.

Das Zimmer war wie beschrieben, hatte eine tolle Größe und das WLAN war super.

Das Bett war leider sehr hart. Kurz vor meinem Aufenthalt wurde ich informiert, dass der ursprünglich gebuchte Preis nicht mehr gelte und sich auf das Doppelte erhöht habe. Eine Stornierung war zu diesem Zeitpunkt nicht mehr möglich – das war sehr unangenehm und nicht transparent.
