Nice location

Old furniture My stay did not meet expectations. The family room toilet flush was not functioning, and there were multiple issues in the bathroom. The facilities appeared old and poorly maintained, and the bathroom was clearly in need of urgent repair and renovation. I hope the management addresses these issues to improve future guests’ experience.

The location was amazing

The family room was horrible Unfortunately, my stay was not satisfactory. The bathroom flush was not working, and there were several broken fixtures in the bathroom. Overall, the bathroom was old and worn out and clearly needs maintenance and renovation.

Emplacement central idéal mais propreté de l’immeuble déplorable et celle des chambres était tout juste acceptable pour Alexandrie que nous avons trouvé très sale. Cela reste un excellent rapport qualité prix et le personnel est prêt à bien aider/conseiller.

The location is very good. Since the hotel is located on the Corniche, there are a lot of cafes and shops near the hotel

There were no signs outdoors, it was hard to find the hotel. Wi-Fi bearly worked in the room. The window faced a wall (but on the other hand it was quite in the room)
