The location, the view, comfortable and the stuff was friendly

Bad chairs and tables, toilets need maintenance, televisions not working

Location is wonderful , room is ok , view is clear for sea ,stuff is friendly ,place is safe ,price for room is suitable ,

Wifi is the worst , need kattle & cup & mini bar fridge I think that will be good

The terrace was ok

I was stolen there! I unfortunately left my purse in my room and went out with my family to return later that night and find some of my money was gone. I asked the receptionist to show me the cameras around the entras of our family room and he said it’s not available! Unfortunately it was the new year Eve and I couldn’t ruin it and call the Police to come solve the issue, however yes I should have done that. They promised to show me the cameras the day after but later they said no we can’t because we don’t have the technician to do so! CAMERAS WITHOUT A TECHNICIAN TO USE THEM ! Then why is it there from the first place !

I was in clean box no life inside

i didnt like anything very bad hotel didnot stay very bad smell everything is poor

the best hotel in Alexandria (although the entrance is a bit dark) Mr. Ait is the best manager in northern Egypt!

الشكر الكبير للعاملين في الفندق السيد احمد ساعدني كثيرا بلا مقابل؟والسادة عيد وصالح وصفوت عاملين رائعين كل شيئ جيد نظافة ومعاملة إلا ان المديرة مها كانت مادية للغاية حجزت غرفة علبحر فقالت لي حجزت بلخلف واخذت مني فلوس واعطتني غرفة قالت هذه لشخصين والحقيقة هي لشخص فقط؟ هي لطيفة لاكن همها المال؟هذا لايعجبني

كل شيئ جميل الغرفة مقابل المال كثير لايستاهل اكثر من 10دولار بليوم بلنسبة للفنادق الاخرى
