Il personale della struttura è stato estremamente gentile e disponibile per ogni mia evenienza, quale per esempio mantenere i miei bagagli all'interno di una zona sicura prima del check-in. La posizione è ottima per chi vuole visitare il centro della città. Pulizia dei servizi igienici buona. Lenzuola e coperte pulite.

I servizi igienici son pochi. Per ogni piano un bagno per genere (nel caso maschile 2 orinatoi e un water), un wc comune e 3 box doccia in totale. Pulizia delle stanze da rivedere, pavimenti abbastanza sporchi, box di sicurezza piccoli, ho potuto inserire solo lo zaino da 25 litri e poco altro. Ho dormito nella stanza da 6 letti, privacy assente, assenza di una luce privata per uso personale. I cuscini sono estremamente scomodi e le tende scure insufficienti per l'isolamento dalla luce esterna.

Aside from almost no security and rude staff it's a standard hostel.

During my three-night stay at Urban Elephants Bratislava, I felt unsafe because of to poor security and inconsistent check-in procedures. On arrival, I was pressured to wear a wristband for out of hours access, which I was told was for security. Check-in was pretty unfriendly and my alarm bells went off at the wristband procedure immediately - but alas, it was meant for security and guest protection. Around 4am on the last day of my stay, a clearly intoxicated guy who did not have a wristband entered our female-only dorm; rummaged through a girl's belongings and only stopped when she woke to ask why he is going through her stuff. A staff member was with him and appeared to be assisting the intruder, the incident eventually escalated to near violence before the guy fled - only after stealing a phone from another dorm. One of the guys involved in the corridor suspected him to have a knife. Although I wasn’t directly affected (I slept with my valuables on my body), the lack of secure doors, proper access controls, and visible security measures is shocking. I stayed up that night and left as early as I could. I have requested a refund for the stay, but was told I was “personally unaffected,” which I find unacceptable given the security lapse. That random guy was only centimetres away from my head and my backpack. My recommendation is staying away - rude and unsafe.

Auberge très jeune, parfaite pour faire des rencontres et bien s'amuser ! Personnel dans la même vibe jeune et sympathique.

Очень удобное расположение, все было близко.

За эту цену я видел и лучше номера с хорошим ремонтом и расположением и в крутых городах. Туалет в другой комнате что очень неудобно, не знаю даже был ли душ, не было желания смотреть или искать.
