Ed Hostel

The location was good (just in front of Tha Phae Gate), the staffs were friendly and helpful despite language barriers (bonus point for their efforts to communicate with us). The room size was ok for us and the room service - cleanliness was just spot on.

This is not a negative point but merely my opinion. The hostel doesn't have a lift or elevator so if you have heavy or big bags, you will have to take the stairs though the staffs offered help by carrying them (I felt bad).

Although it's a hostel, I rented a triple room with a private bathroom. The room was adequately sized—spacious enough for three people—and came with just the right amount of furniture: nothing more, nothing less. Housekeeping was excellent, and the staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful, with bonus points to those who made extra efforts to communicate with us despite the language barrier

There is nothing i can think of during my stay except the lack of elevator (we had large and heavy bags but the staff carried for us and we felt a bit sorry"

Location was really good, rooms were spacious and the staff were very friendly!

Very minor but laundry was do it yourself, which meant I would have had to stay around to do multiple washes of different colours. Might be fine for others but I had limited time in chiang mai so went to a launderette around the corner instead

The staff, the location, and the cleanliness are all important factors to consider.

A basic hostel. Beds were low to ground. Clean. Laundry available. Has potential...we would have liked a common area for people to hang. Maybe some chairs outside? Overall a good stay.

The hotel's location is excellent—just step out of the alley, and you’re at Tha Phae Gate. The only downside is that the room's air conditioning keeps overloading, causing it to shut off on its own. However, the staff is amazing and always quick to resolve the issue. Although it kept happening, they managed to fix it promptly each time.
