The location is perfect. The staff is friendly, enjoyed the free drinks.

I did not enjoy the shower situation. The water didn’t get hot enough, and I did not like it being next to the toilet. That’s my fault for not checking the pictures closely.

Pleasant helpful staff, large room, good snacks, plenty of towels, excellent AC

Hard mattress, but they all seem to be hard in Thailand. No power outlet or light close to bed.

Your location is very good, the staff are very good also. Money wise.

I suggest that please provide recyclable indoor sleepers , that would be much comfortable and also for the toiletries, when customers stay for longer days please give them extra sanitary napkin bags, trash bags and potable water as well, we will appreciate it.

日本好きのオーナーさんで、日本語が少し話せる。部屋のメイクアップも非常に綺麗で、ホテル内が土足禁止なのもありがたいです。ソンテウの乗り方を聞いたら道路に出て停めてくれたり、体調不良のときは家族総出で看病してくれたり、友人が忘れた荷物を空港まで追いかけて届けてくれたり、とにかく優しくて最高のホテルでした！そして人懐っこい4匹の猫(サバ・ミソ・ダシ・プーマ)がとても可愛い！ドアを開けてると部屋にも入ってきます。またチェンマイに来るときは、必ずこのホテルを予約します！！
