Perfect location; friendly staff; felt safe as a female solo traveller; loved the fact that there was a 7-11 next door; there’s a tour operator next to the property. She helped me plan my trip to the elephant sanctuary.

I had booked a room for 3 nights.forgot to ask for an extra night I rang the hotel when I was out they did sort out a room for me but also charged me more money as I didn't ask for the room in the morning

The hotel is located in a very central area, close to the main temples of the city, a 7-Eleven and several travel agencies, making it extremely convenient for exploring Chiang Mai. The common areas are well maintained and thoughtfully designed, while the rooms are spacious, bright, airy and very clean. What truly makes this hotel special, however, is the kindness of the staff. They are genuinely warm, helpful and attentive, always ready to assist with a smile. A lovely extra is the presence of four wonderful cats who keep each other company and add a special, homely atmosphere to the place. I would also like to highlight the exceptional help from the staff when I accidentally forgot my universal adapter in the hotel. They were incredibly kind and arranged to have it shipped to my next hotel in Chiang Rai, which I truly appreciated. A highly recommended place to stay, not only for its comfort and location, but especially for the people who run it.

The location is great, the rooms were very clean and comfortable and staff were friendly.

The hot water from shower ran out very quickly and the electric sometimes went off.
