I am writing to formally complain about my stay and to request a full refund, as we were forced to leave the accommodation earlier due to completely unacceptable and unsafe conditions. From the moment we arrived, the experience was extremely distressing. The location itself was frightening — access to the building was only possible through a dark tunnel, and the entrance was closed, dark, and felt unsafe. We were left outside in freezing temperatures (below zero) for more than three hours without any assistance. The host was completely unreachable. She did not answer phone calls and never appeared. Eventually, the door opened by chance. The keys were placed in a key box with an incorrect PIN, which caused further delay and stress. Entering the apartments was dangerous, as access required walking across a glass balcony, where there was a real risk of falling. The building was entirely dark, the corridors poorly lit, and the atmosphere extremely disturbing, including creepy decorations in the hallway. The room itself was uninhabitable. There was no heating, the room was freezing cold, extremely small, and did not meet basic accommodation standards. Due to these conditions, it was impossible for us to stay, and we had no choice but to leave the accommodation earlier than planned. Because the property failed to provide even the most basic requirements for safety, warmth, and accessibility, and due to the host’s complete lack of communication, I am requesting a full refund for this stay. I am writing to request a full refund for my stay, as we were forced to leave the accommodation earlier than planned due to the lack of basic living conditions.

Bez akejkoľvek komunikácie, zložitý prístup, lebo inštrukcie neboli podané jasne. Na moje otázky nikto neodpovedal, ani niekoľko dni pred pobytom. Pohodlnosť posteli a stav vankúšov, čistota izby, boli v katastrofálnom stave. Boli sme sklamaní.

Quando siamo arrivati il check-in automatico è stato un disastro, le cassettine erano sbagliate e la nostra assegnata era rotta. Ho segnalato al proprietario che non mi ha risposto. La stanza era piccolissima e molto sporca, c’era una sola asciugamano per la doccia e noi eravamo in 2, il cuscino era pessimo e nonostante le segnalazioni nessuno mi ha risposto. Non c’era un asciugacapelli e nemmeno un po’ di sapone per la doccia. In casa non c’è mai stato nessuno ne al nostro arrivo ne alla nostra partenza, gestita malissimo. La maniglia della stanza era rotta come anche l’anta del bagnetto, insomma non un bel ricordo di Bratislava! È inconcepibile che una piattaforma come Booking permetta a chiunque di essere iscritti. Non consiglio assolutamente👎🏼
