The ridiculous system to get in , we were in the cold for two hours until another couple let us in who said they had same problem . Then told a room but the key opened a different room then the key did not work in downstairs door so if we went out we couldnt get back in . Sent several messages to the property, she replied to first message then stopped replying all together . We ended up having to leave and find other accommodation at extra cost. Gave her a few days to put it right before I wrote review but still heard nothing from her , have complained to booking.com . If I had to say a positive , the location is great.

Wrong keys provided for main doors and no staff to listen the query. I have to cancel my plan in city, because if I leave the apartment then I can not enter again

we read the reviews but honestly it wasn't as bad as we thought it would be, great location, good price, staff was nice, the room was clean, TV with screen mirroring, a kitchen with a microwave and a stovetop, we had a room with a private bathroom, good size for a shower for 2, hair drier, the self check in was a bit hard to understand but mostly because the first time we came in the door opened on the second call, just make sure you open the front gate and front door right away after eachother otherwise you will have to call twice (they open at the same time) and when you leave theres a white button next to the front door on the inside that you press to open, you don't have to call for that to open

Il self check in è stato un disastro perché ci è stato comunicato il codice del locker errato ed abbiamo aspettato 1 ora fuori. Dopo aver contattato booking abbiamo avuto un riscontro dal proprietario. La stanza è molto piccola.

The front door handle was broken. There was no soap in the shower and no toilet paper.

Man bekommt vorab irreführende Infos von der Gastgeberin. Sie ist nich erreichbar, antwortet nicht auf Nachrichten. Das Zimmer war extrem kalt, die Heizung hat nicht richtig funktioniert. Eine Anfrage um weitere Decken zu erhalten wurde einfach ignoriert. Die Bettwäsche hatte braune flecken (Dreck, Blut - ich möchte gar nicht wissen, was es war). Die Fliesen im Badezimmer sind kaputt und es stinkt im Bad.

Die Lage ist tatsächlich ganz nett - direkt in der Innenstadt, mit haufenweisen wirklich guten Restaurants in Gehreichweite.

Der Check-In-Prozess, sofern denn vorhanden, ist eine absolute Katastrophe! Gebucht haben wir am Tag der Anreise um die Mittagszeit und haben dann auch Recht schnell die Bestätigung inklusive der Anweisungen erhalten. Leider hat wie bei vielen anderen Gästen die Telefonnummer zur Öffnung der Türe nicht funktioniert und die Unterkunft weder über Booking, noch WhatsApp oder telefonisch erreichbar. Die unteren Türen waren aber noch kein großes Hindernis, sowohl das schwarze Tor außen als auch die Haustüre kann man mit einem kräftigen Ruck aufreißen. Spannend wurde es dann oben beim Schlüsselsafe, da wir wie auch viele Weitere den Code dafür nie erhalten haben. Nach weiteren Kontaktversuchen, auch über den Booking-Support war allerdings immer noch niemand erreichbar. Booking hat hier angebotenen auf eine andere Unterkunft umzubuchen, auf Grund der Neujahrsfeiertage war es allerdings unmöglich ein alternatives Hotel zu finden. Da wir nicht gewillt waren im eiskalten Auto zu schlafen haben wir also die Extremvariante gewählt - der Schlüsseltresor hat jetzt ein Loch. Damit war es uns immerhin möglich in unser Zimmer zu kommen - ein passender Schlüssel für die Türen unten wäre sowieso nicht dabei gewesen, so dass wir gezwungen waren beim unserer Rückkehr das Tor als auch die Haustüre unten wieder mit viel Elan zu öffnen. Wir haben übrigens bis jetzt keine Rückmeldung von der Unterkunft erhalten - wir gehen also auch davon aus dass das Zimmer bis heute Abend, der schon gebucht ist, nicht gereinigt wird und alles genauso vorzufinden ist wie wie es verlassen haben. Immerhin haben die folgenden Gäste kein Problem den Tresor zu öffnen :)
