Very friendly staff and good location. Hotel is very clean with daily room service. Daily water and kettle. Very good value for money.

The walls were quite thin so there was some disturbance from adjacent rooms and those above. Also light from corridor not totally blocked by curtains but we then found corridor light switch! WiFi was quite slow.

Very good value, not too far from the city center, has elevator, some restaurants close by, close to Saturday walking street, good size rooms, clean. Had rooms available last minute. Great if you're on a budget.

Hard bed, window to the hallway has light coming in at night. A bit far of a walk to get around for older people. Suggest to use Grab or taxi instead for the airport because the hotel charges a lot more.

Everything was perfect

Nothing beats having a home, but sometimes I do miss aspects of the hotel life. One of my favorite things about hotel rooms is the shower. I really dig the unlimited hot water showers at the hotel. I could literally sleep in there. I like the security in a hotel, the cameras, and the free endless supply of clean towels and wash cloths. 1. Comfortable bed and pillows 2. Nothing I love mantra place

The lady at the reception and lady who cleaned the rooms were incredibly friendly and always smiling. The room is spacious and location is very nice in relation to the old town. Great value for money too.

The showers didn't get very hot but the temperature was fine given the heat.

Very friendly staff that made us feel welcome throughout the stay. The building is in good quality and we enjoyed the spacious room. Especially the fact that there was a glass window between the shower and the toilet which kept the bathroom dry. Location is in a quiet area but you can still reach other part of Chiang Mai quite easily.

The bed could have been a little bit softer. It was too hard for our liking.

The location is not to far from the CM airport. Easy to get to the place it takes about 10 mins drive from the airport. Im here for one night. Overall its good for me. The owner and stuff are very friendly, The room is clean, the mattress here quite firm (for me i like it), bed sheet and blank very nice and comfy. Price Good value. There is coin laundry machine and water machine underneth the building very useful.
