Large and clean room with refrigerator and kettle. Friendly and attentive staff, and good security with access keys needed to enter the building. Good AC and daily housekeeping.

The bed was a bit firm for my taste and the property is a distance from most of the sights and restaurants. Not a problem with a motorbike, though.

The lady at the reception was very kind. I made a special request when I booked and she was happy to oblige, and even after I checked in, she came to ask me how it was with my request. I was very impressed. The place around was very quiet, and I couldn't hear the sound from the next room or the upstairs. The tap water was clean, I use a filter in the shower and but the color almost didn't change. The price was affordable and it was the best. Plus there is an elevator. I will always come back to this place if I come to Chiang Mai.

Good size. The location was ok, but not great. You can walk 10min to the old town (for us, not an issue) not many shops around, you dont have any food next door but you can walk 5-10min. Elevator!!!! Lovely people at the reception, i felt safe to leave a bike overnight. The street looks dark, but it was absolutely fine, no issues with the neighbourhood

The bed was horrible I read previous reviews, i thought they all exaggerated the problem, i thought they are expecting sheraton for £5, but the truth is, bed was REALLY hard, you could sleep on the flood instead, no difference Unfortunately, i wouldn't stay here again only because of the bed, if you have a back problem, you should definitely find a different place
