"Affordable and Good."

Quiet area.Very clean. Bed was comfortable. 2 bottles of water provided daily. Kettle , Fridge. and coffee packets provided too.. Clean bathroom. Also had a parking

convenience store about 10 mins walk. no Microwave.

Very convenient being 10 minute walk from chiang mai centre and markets. Very friendly and helpful staff at the property.

The beds were very hard which was comfortable after a massage but could be a negative

Great value for money! Spacious room and extremly friendly owner and staff

The bed is a bit hard which I personally didn't mind but what bothered me a bit were the curtains. They didn't darken the room enough

The facilities and owner were great. Room was incredibly spacious and the balcony view was nice!

The beds were INCREDIBLY hard so be warned!!

"Definitely a good quick stay spot"

Staff were super friendly and helpful. The room was basic, but clean enough and exactly what we needed for a one night stay. They also arranged our morning airport taxi for us.
