Exceptional Stay!Great location, lots of local food and easy walk to Chiang Mai Gate very near the local fruit and veggie market. The location is just inside the soi, so it is very quiet. The staff is beautifully kind, exceptional service. There is always someone there if you need anything. They really help take care of you. I loved my place so much, I extended it another week.

I loved everything. The room was very big, Thai style bed (which I love), coffee and water provided daily. Lots of plugs, refrigerator and very cold ❄️ a/c, hot water was great.

The place is definitely most valuable for the price in the area. Nice sized room with all the neccesities. Nice staff, clean room.

The curtains do not block out light so the room stays way too bright if you don't wanna wake up at 7am. They only accept cash and do not recieve payment through the app, so I got stuck in a corner I didn't want to at the time of my booking.

The two ladies at the reception are super kind and helpful! We stayed here several times during our 1 month Chiang Mai trip and it was always clean and nice. There is space for parking your scooter and it’s quiet at night. You have everything you need near by, the Saturday Walkingstreet is 2 minutes by foot. The price is fair for what you get, there is free water and fruits available at every time.
