The hotel staff was very friendly.

Very basic accommodations, a step above hostel but I would not call this a hotel. Great location. Self serve laundry at no additional charge was nice and convenient. Stuff to make our own breakfast was also quite nice. I did wish we had a pool though, but can't complain since the price was so low. Water pressure was good. Did have to haul bags up to 3rd floor, but knew that in advance. If you want to save some cash, can't beat this place.

For what we paid, can't really complain. Pictures showed 4 pillows but we only had two, one each.

Very clean, easy to find, close to many things. They were very giving with providing fruit and coffee for optional breakfast. As well as providing drinking water and a washer/dryer service free of charge. They also had a little cafe with delicious drinks for a fair price in the hostel.

For the price, this was a total delight! Quiet private room with views to a temple, comfortable bed, perfect location… there are a lot of acommodation options in Chiang Mai very cheap and next time I would go for something a bit fancier - but for the price, the value you get for each buck here is hard to beat

The fact that out of their reduced reception hours, the only way to reach them is through a thai phone number - no whatsapp whatsoever. It should not be hard to have a whatsapp in a company phone when most of your clients are international
