Super nice hotel with a very interesting breakfast concept. They give you access to the fridge which contains basic breakfast ingredients such as eggs, butter, fruits etc and you can prepare your own. We really liked this approach: it's easy and comfortable. The hotel is clean, very well located and the staff is also super nice.

We really enjoyed our stay here. The location was perfect, we were right downtown Pai, and had easy access in walking distance to night markets, shops, and the old city. The accomodations were great, free breakfast and laundry which is a huge help. The room was spacious. We really enjoyed the stay here that we returned with friends on the way back from Pai.

- I was missing some toiletries such as dental kit, maybe a shower cap. Slippers would be nice too :) - The room was quite dark -one night lamp and one ceiling lightning point

Location is great, can easily walk to good resturants/markets. The rooms were super clean and the staff were all very friendly.

The beds were a little hard and as it is located on the road, there is noise from the cars.

The room was big and the bed was comfortable. The facilities are just excellent.

The only minor thing I did not like was that the 3rd floor did not have an elevator.

Chiang Mai is magical and beautiful place and this place will let you discover it easily :) perfect budget option, with very lovely and helpful staff. Everything worked well, you can use the washer and dryer, while staying - if you’re on your way to your next location. They also have cafe downstairs and the hotel is very close to the weekend night market and many fantastic restaurants and cafes. The only downside is that we didn’t stay longer! Thanks for having us!
