"Perfekt!"

Das Zimmer ist einfach aber für ein Guesthouse wirklich super, alles ist fußläufig zu erreichen und bei Fragen ist Fred immer der perfekte Ansprechpartner. Mein Scooter konnte über Nacht kostenlos im abgeschlossenen Hof geparkt werden. Ich komme auf jedenfall wieder. Vielen Dank für die gute Zeit.

Unglaublich freundlicher Gastgeber, mein Flug hatte wetterbedingt Verspätung und er hat mir selbst um 23:30 Uhr noch das Zimmer persönlich übergeben. Das Zimmer ist einfach aber für ein Guesthouse wirklich super, alles ist fußläufig zu erreichen und bei Fragen ist Fred immer der perfekte Ansprechpartner. Ich komme auf jedenfall wieder. Vielen Dank für die gute Zeit.

"Highly recommended"

A great hotel in a convenient location right in old town. Fred the owner is a true gentleman and he and his wife made sure I was looked after and had any information I needed about the area. The rooms are clean and comfy and it has air on and a fan to keep you cool. I’ll definitely be back next time I visit chiang mai

"Excellent, clean, comfortable property close to Thaphea gate. All attractions within the old town within walkable distan"

Close to shops, restaurants and local attractions. Very friendly owner and his wife recommended places to visit and nearby restaurants

A little noisy at times but that is expected considering it’s location

"Un séjour tranquille à Chiang Mai"

Ambiance tranquille dans cette guest house, le gérant Fred qui est français fut très sympathique et de bon conseil. Le ménage est fait chaque jour et le rapport qualité prix est très bon, surtout avec cet emplacement!

"非常难受"

地理位置不错，价格低

给男老板展示床单的污渍要求更换，他说这样是很正常的，因为我住的是民宿而不是酒店，清洁工下班了更换不了。女老板还是叫来了清洁工更换被套，被套去除后发现被芯一大块圆形黄色污渍（疑似尿渍），我要求更换被芯，她说没有多余的了，你要是不接受就退款退房吧。除了清洁问题，晚上每隔20秒就会响起一阵机器轰鸣声，让人很难入睡，凌晨的摩托车发动机轰鸣声也让人烦躁
