"A real gem in a great location. Superb family-run business."

A real gem of a place set in a quiet little back street with a lovely tropical garden area to relax in and meet other travellers. Room was super clean and comfortable and Fred (the kind owner) was so helpful. When I had a problem with my bank, Fred even helped me to resolve the issue. Merci beaucoup! Location is very central and close to many restaurants, bars, supermarkets and the main attractions in the Old Town whilst still quiet enough to have a good night's sleep. I hope to return again.

"Great value for money guesthouse , Well maintained and very comfortable."

Great Location, very clean and comfortable rooms, basic but well appointed with all you need. Rooms have a nice small balcony that makes the rooms feel bigger and airy. Owner and staff very welcoming and always around to help. Front verandah area to chill and relax.

"Best Place in Chiang Mai zu fairen Preisen"

Der Besitzer Fred war äußert zuvorkommend und hat einem die Wünsche von den Augen abgelesen. Sehr zentral gelegen und die tägliche Zimmerreinigung war super. Ich habe mich dort 4 Tage sehr wohl gefühlt. Gerne komme ich wieder.

Keine Beanstandung , eher ein Lob für alle Mitarbeiter dort.

Tout. L emplacement à 15 mns du marché nocturne, on est tout de suite dans le Centre. Je conseille 7 Eleven, magasin ou on trouve de tout !! Et Fred, le patron de Thapae, un français, qui est très sympa avec de très bons conseils pour choix resto, des visites etc...bref allez y les yeux fermés!!!!

Good guesthouse in old town near many attractions and restaurants. The owner and his wife were very friendly and accommodating for our large group of people. Beds were firm similar to most places in Thailand but rooms and facilities were very clean. Fresh drinking water provided each day as well. Owner had good recommendations for food, motorbike rental, etc

"A little paradise"

It was a pleasure to stay here. The room was clean and comfortable, and quiet was the order of the day. There are signs everywhere indicating that everyone must respect each other . Perfect place for calm people.

"Can't beat the price!"

For the price it has everything you need, really cold AC, good clean sheets, decent shower, everything was good!

Only complaint would be the lack of ability to close the window in the bathroom, but a minor detail.

Die schöne Einrichtung und Sauberkeit! Außerdem hatte das Zimmer eine gute A/C als auch einen kleinen Balkon. Ein enormes Preis Leistungs Verhältnis und eine sehr freundliche Atmosphäre. Danke für den schönen Aufenthalt!
