Yes, the kitchen and lounge area closes at 11 and opens up in the morning. The staff doesn't live there. You would be lucky if someone picks up the call. The kitchen and everything is not so big but fine. But its right at the road, a bit scary and beautiful and convenient at the same time. Especial for the rooms near the road. The fridge and everything is upstairs in the main area. They do have smaller kitchen at the back. But you cant access the big area after 11pm. If you loose your stuff there, no way you can get it. Better to read about the rules etc.

Thier kitchen closes at 11pm to 9 am. Thats way too long a period

Convenient location, and communal room/kitchen is pleasant.

Dormitory was dark, and next to a busy road.

The fact that there was only one toilet available within the building to the lounge guests and two sets of room guests

Common areas and location were good. Dorm room and beds were clean.

The bathrooms were awful, especially the one with all the products in this tiny shower and underneath the sick. The staff was not rude but not very hospitable either.
