スタッフの対応時間外のチェックインでしたが、鍵の受け取り方法や部屋の場所などがメールと手紙で受け取れたので分かりやすかった。 クイーンズタウンのメインストリートや、ツアー発着場所から近いのが良かった。

施設内の駐車場と向かいの無料駐車スペースがほぼ常に満車の状態だったので、レンタカーの停め場所に困った。
