You need earplugs. Thin walls and ceilings, unfortunately you can hear all your neighbours walking around and talking

All good except it’s very hard to get staff for help when you have any issues.

A small hostel close to the town center, 2 good sized bathrooms with toilets, 1 separate shower/toilet. Warm and comfortable bed, thick duvet.

As I think it’s common in both Nz and Australia, it’s a bit cold inside (hard to keep warm). Would loved to have a curtain on the bunkbeds for a little more feeling of private space
